Why maintenance

WordPress and plugins get regular updates, often to fix security holes. If those updates are left undone, your site becomes more vulnerable and sooner or later something breaks. With maintenance, we handle this for you, and there's a fresh backup every day.

Who it's for: anyone with a WordPress website who would rather not look after it themselves. That includes sites built by someone else, such as another agency or a freelancer. First we take a look at your site. If it's suitable for our maintenance, your plan starts. If not, we'll tell you why.

Three plans

• Basic, €19.99 a month: WordPress and plugins always up to date, daily backup, security check and malware scan.
• Plus, €39.99 a month: everything in Basic, 30 minutes of small changes a month, an alert if your site goes offline and a short monthly report.
• Complete, €59.99 a month: everything in Plus, 2 hours of changes a month, priority support and a speed check with optimisation.

You pay monthly and can cancel any month. All prices exclude Dutch VAT (btw).

Which plan fits?

• Basic if you update your own texts and mainly want the technical side to stay secure and up to date.
• Plus if you occasionally want something changed, such as opening hours, a price or a new photo, and want to know when your site is down.
• Complete if your site changes often or matters a lot for your sales, and you want help quickly.

What's not included

• Bigger jobs, such as an extra page (€49.99) or a new feature. You hear the cost first.
• Unused minutes. They expire at the end of the month and don't roll over to the next month.
• Hosting and a domain name. You get these yourself from a hosting provider, in your own name.
• A new design. If your site is outdated or slow, take a look at website redesign.

How it works

Choose a plan when you request a quote, or tell your contact person. From then on we take care of updates, backups and checks. With Plus and Complete you send changes by email or phone, in English or Dutch.

Rather not have maintenance? That's fine. You can look after the site yourself, using the walkthrough you get at launch.
